Here are some pictures I took in West Plam Beach in July. I snapped them with my brand spankin' new Sea & Sea MX-5. Humbly, I must rethink my stance on digital underwater. Even though most of my shots had a ton of backscatter in them, they rivaled my digital shots. For those of you not in the know, these shots were processed using the new Sea Processing available at many dive shops now. I was VERY impressed.
The weather was great, 90 - 93 degrees. Water temp was around 84 - 86 degrees. Winds were average, water was 1-2' swells day 1, 1-2' swells day two. Nobody got ill!
I tagged along with students, friends & crew from Lloyd Baileys Scuba of Gainesville, FL. It was a pleasure diving with you and your gang, Lloyd! See you in August!
Currents, as usual on the mid Atlantic coast of Florida, were somewhat high. Lots of backscatter, some limited visibility on some dives, and drift diving on every dive.
Enjoy!
